Children’s Mindfulness Class: Helping Little Minds Thrive
In today’s fast-paced world, children are constantly surrounded by distractions, pressures, and overwhelming emotions. From school stress to social challenges and digital overload, it's easy for little ones to feel unsettled and overstimulated. Mindfulness offers a simple yet powerful way to help children develop emotional resilience, focus, and inner peace—skills that will benefit them for a lifetime.
Starting this March, join us every Tuesday for a special mindfulness class designed to teach children how to calm their minds, regulate emotions, and embrace the present moment with joy and curiosity.

Reiki and crystal Healing
In my reiki sessions, I create a serene and nurturing environment where you can relax and unwind. As you lie comfortably, fully clothed, I gently place my hands on or near your body, allowing the soothing energy to flow through. My intention is to channel universal life force energy to help release any tension and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Many clients find the experience deeply relaxing and transformative, often leaving with a sense of peace and renewed well-being. I invite you to embark on this healing journey with me.
Monday Meditations
Start your week with a calming and rejuvenating meditation session designed to help you reset and find balance. Our Mindful Monday Meditation will guide you through a series of breathwork exercises, visualization techniques, and grounding practices. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this session will offer a peaceful space to connect with your inner self and set positive intentions for the week ahead.
